    Pour an ounce of pomegranate or cranberry juice in each of 4 highball glasses. Squeeze in the juice from each lime wedge, then drop wedges in glasses. Top with a dash of bitters, add ice, then fill each glass with tonic water to taste (about 6 to 8 ounces a glass). Stir before serving.

Really refreshing! A nice non-alcoholic drink for summer. The lime, tonic and bitters make it not too sweet, and the pomegranate juice adds a lovely color.

We tried this with regular tonic and with ginger beer and all of us agreed it was better with ginger beer, but good either way.

Absolutely a delicious mocktail. The taste is wonderful. You don't miss the alcohol at all.
