There is a lot going on in this lovely infusion, with the tart lemon and pungent ginger. Turmeric contributes beautiful color, along with its nutritional benefits – it has been shown to have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant attributes -- and the tiny pinch of cayenne packs a small punch. If you feel a sore throat coming on I highly recommend this tea.

I use cardamom and cinnamon instead of cloves - just a pinch of each. Tasty and healthy.

This is the best - I make it every time I get sick. It’s not bad with bourbon either. The cayenne takes it from good to great.

Bringing this out again this Winter 2022-2023 - especially with the Covid, Flu and RSV circulating as we are getting out more. Going to add a dash of black pepper. Now I've heard the pepper helps us "absorb" the turmeric properties...and it is so warm and comforting. Great tasty brew!

Made as directed and it was just the thing for the winter season. Especially good at settling a stomach that has had too many splurges. Next time I had a tangerine that was getting soft so I added it in addition to the lemon and sweetened with maple syrup instead of honey. Also delicious. I may never buy tea again!

Made this today for the first time and I love it. Has a nice kick without being overpowering. Easy to make too.
