Yield:2 servings
- 1dozen Nantucket bay scallops
- ½cup passion fruit purée
- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1red jalapeño peppers julienned
- 12cilantro leaves, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all ingredients except scallops in glass bowl.
- Step 2
Spoon over freshly shucked scallops on the half shell.
- Step 3
Serve on crushed ice on half shell.
