Ingredients
Yield:2½ cups
- ½cup brown sugar
- ½cup salt
- ½cup black pepper
- ½cup paprika
- 2tablespoons garlic powder
- 2tablespoons onion powder
- 1tablespoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Rub the mixture on beef, poultry and pork before barbecuing.
Tip
- It keeps indefinitely, tightly sealed, on the cupboard shelf.
