Yield:6 servings
- 1pound sugar snap peas
- ½tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2scallions, minced
- 1teaspoon black sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Remove any stems from peas. Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Stir-fry peas until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Step 2
Remove from heat, dust with scallions, sesame seeds and salt to taste. Serve.
