Ingredients
Yield:2 cups (8 servings)
- 1cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½cup creamy peanut butter
- 1tablespoon anchovy paste or minced anchovies
- 2tablespoons minced fresh lemon grass
- 2tablespoons minced parsley
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- ¼cup sesame oil
- 3tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1tablespoon lime juice
- 1tablespoon sugar
- 1tablespoon curry powder
- ā teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate unused portion.

So good smeared all over a good chicken sate from the barbeque. I can eat this peanut sauce on anything actually. Like mayonnaise, both should be at the top of all the food groups!
