Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Scrub potatoes and parboil them for about 8 minutes. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    Cut potatoes and onions into quarters.

  3. Step 3

    In large skillet, preferably nonstick, heat oil and saute potatoes and onions until onions are brown and crunchy and potatoes are soft.
