- 2ripe, tomatoes, medium to large
- 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 6oil-cured olives
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash, trim and cut tomatoes into large dices, and place in salad bowl.

Stir in vinegar.

Pit olives and stir in.
