Ingredients
Yield:8 servings
- 1pound sourdough, French or Italian bread
- 4scallions, cut into rings
- 6tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat broiler.
- Step 2
Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Step 3
Combine scallions, butter and cheese and spread on cut sides of bread.
- Step 4
Toast under broiler until cheese melts and bread begins to brown.
