Ingredients
Yield:4 to 6 servings
- 3eggs
- 1½cups pure maple syrup
- 3tablespoons melted sweet butter
- A baked eight-inch pie shell
- 1cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
- Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Step 2
Beat eggs until well-blended. Beat in maple syrup and butter. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell, place in the oven and bake 25 minutes, just until the filling is set.
- Step 3
Serve while still warm with whipped cream.
