- 16ounces (1 pint) sour cream
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- ā teaspoon salt
- White pepper to taste
- 1½tablespoons finely minced shallots
- 2tablespoons minced parsley
Preparation

Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice, salt, plenty of pepper, shallots and parsley.
