Ingredients
Yield:About three-quarters of a cup
- ½cup mayonnaise
- 1hard-cooked egg
- 1tablespoon finely chopped shallots
- 2tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2tablespoons capers, drained and pressed to extract excess liquid
- 1teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation
- Step 1
Put the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
- Step 2
Put the egg through a fine sieve and add it. Add the shallots, parsley, chives and capers. Add the lemon juice and Tabasco sauce and blend.
