Ingredients
Yield:6 servings
- ½cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6cloves garlic
- ½cup fresh basil
- ½cup fresh parsley
- Juice of 2 limes (½ cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6scrod fillets
- 1cup cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat the broiler. Place an oven rack six inches below the heat. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Combine the oil, garlic, basil, parsley, lime juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and purée.
- Step 2
Rinse fish; pat dry. Pour mixture on both sides of fish. Place on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes. Place tomatoes around fish and broil for 5 to 8 more minutes. Remove and serve.

Excellent - Added Radishes
Great simple recipe. I took some radishes, halved them, rolled them in the extra dressing, and put them on the pan. They turned crispy and paired really well.
