Ingredients
Yield:About 2 quarts
- ½pound cooked lobster meat
- 2½pounds cream cheese
- 1cup sour cream
Preparation
- Step 1
In a food processor, finely chop the lobster meat. Place cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add the sour cream and blend to combine. Add lobster and continue blending until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables, thin toasts or chips.

There was not enough lobster meat in this recipe my dip came out tasting like sour cream and cream cheese. Next time I would double or triple the amount of lobster meat.
