My kind of simple and delicious.

Do you thaw the frozen bay scallops before roasting? I have the same ones from WF.

Did most of you cook the scallops for 5 minutes total time as suggested or less? Thanks.

Delicious but fresh bay scallops take less time than shallots to cook. I threw the shallots in for a minute then added scallops for 3 minutes. Yum!

Delicious and EEE-ZEE! Used a bag of frozen bay scallops from Whole Foods. Didn’t have shallots on hand, only a somewhat sad clove of elephant garlic and still this was fabulous. Thank you MB!!
