Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Wash and dry lettuce and break into bite-size pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Wash and core apples and cut into cubes (do not peel).

  3. Step 3

    Whisk together vinegar, oil and coriander in salad bowl. Add lettuce, apples and walnuts and toss. Season with pepper.

  • Walnut oil gives this salad a distinctive flavor.
