Love this stuff. Great on any leftover pasta I find in the fridge. Sometimes I'll toss in a bit of leftover wine as well.

Great recipe, super simple. I would suggest adding some lemon juice at the end for a bit of a acidity.

Delicious. Added chili flakes, sliced garlic, and a sprig of fresh rosemary towards the end of the bacon’s cook time for some more flavors, and a splash of white wine to scrape up some crispy bits. Did I mention delicious?

This was great! I used our favorite bacon strips/slices and chopped them up after cooking as it’s what I had on hand. You would have thought that’s the way it was meant to be. So fast and good, love it.
