Ingredients
Yield:3 servings
- 6ounces radishes
- 1large or 2 small green onions
- ¼cup coarsely grated, well-packed sharp cheese
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon white or red wine vinegar
- ½teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Trim radishes and slice.
- Step 2
Slice green onion thin.
- Step 3
Grate cheese.
- Step 4
Beat oil with vinegar and mustard and mix with radishes and onions. Season.
- Step 5
Sprinkle cheese on top.
