Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic. Cook briefly, stirring.

  2. Step 2

    Add the tomatoes, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Stir in the basil and serve hot.
